This shot belongs to a series of photographs I made last week for my homework on the "time and movement" assignment. I asked my roomates Jaka and Anina to be my models for the scenario I created in my mind - they were gladly to 'act in my movie' and were amazing to work with!!So the story is about Mr Neon who visits his late love ... she appears in the grave yard as a ghost ... then, when the dark comes and she becomes a vampire he decided to take her bite just to be with her ...

Nebo cool, drugo pa preveč natlačeno za moj okus.
ReplyDeletetele zgodbe z vampirji ne sedejo vec. Preveckrat ze uporabljene. Zakaj ne nehate uporabljat nekaj kar se samo hudo sliši, pa veš da ne paše zravn? In na tej sliki niti malo ne pomislis na to zgodbo. Tale dva na sliki pa res brez veze neki stojita tm, ona neki v obleko gleda, on nc vrocekrvno ne pricakuje ugriza svoje drage. Vsakic skoraj pohvalim, tole pa ne morm. A ti si zadovoljna res?

Oh chill, people relax. I should knew that some of you would only see the mistakes in the shot. Of course I'm usually showing my best work here but I want sometimes to show you my assignments that have nothing to do with my signature esthetic ... and even that said, you'd have to see the whole story of 5 photographs to be able to make relevant critic about it ... besides, it's a homework about "time and movement" and I understand you can't see it in this photo (but I didn't want to show my two flatmates front face) but since i presented it in the class like everyone else did, I got critic from my professors AND they were frankly excited about the story "It looks so real!!" and the only "critic" about the 5 photographs: "we would want to see more of it!!" and the final one I remember was "very serious work, marta! the theme that you choose could very easily be captured as a joke, but you made it function very convincing" ... yeah well, what does the professors know, right? So thanks, masters of photography out there :D
